Sermon on Acts 3:1-4:31
In the third and fourth chapters of Acts, Peter and John heal a man who had been lame since birth. As he walks and even leaps around the temple praising God, a crowd gathers and Peter proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As they’re teaching, the Sadducees arrest them. When on trial, Peter and John speak boldly before their accusers. Even after they’re set free, they continue to praise God, praying that they would continue with such boldness.
As a church that hopes to be successful at making new disciples, we need to be just as bold.
