Child dedication

Here at Pataskala Grace Church, we don’t baptize babies or young children; rather, we dedicate them.  This is a special time when we not only dedicate our children to God, but we publicly acknowledge that it’s the responsibility of parents to raise their children in the Christian faith.  Therefore, we’re not only dedicating children, we’re also commissioning their parents for this purpose.  We want parents to  recognize that children truly are a gift from God and that they have an obligation to guide their kids down the narrow path that leads to redemption through faith in Jesus Christ.
